1. Product Overview

The iWALK Portable Charger, Model LPS001C, is a compact and efficient power bank designed to provide fast charging for your compatible devices. Featuring a 5000mAh battery capacity, 20W Power Delivery (PD) fast charging, an integrated USB-C connector, and a convenient LED digital display, this device ensures your electronics remain powered on the go. Its built-in foldable metal stand offers hands-free viewing while charging.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

1. Locate the USB-C input port on the side of the iWALK Portable Charger.
2. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the input port of the power bank.
3. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible 20W Power Delivery (PD) wall adapter (not included).
4. The LED digital display will illuminate, showing the current charge level. The numbers will increase as the power bank charges.
5. Once the display shows "100", the power bank is fully charged and ready for use.

It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use to optimize battery performance.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Device

1. Ensure the iWALK Portable Charger is adequately charged.
2. Carefully align the integrated USB-C connector of the power bank with the USB-C port on your compatible device.
3. Gently push the power bank onto your device's port until it is securely connected. The LED display on the power bank will show its remaining charge, and your device should indicate that it is charging.
4. To disconnect, gently pull the power bank straight out from your device's port.

4.2 Using the Foldable Stand

• Locate the foldable metal stand on the back of the power bank.
• Gently pull out the stand until it clicks into an open position.
• Place your device (with the connected power bank) onto the stand for hands-free viewing. The stand is adjustable to various angles.
• To close, fold the stand back into its recessed position until it is flush with the power bank's body.

4.3 LED Digital Display

• The LED display provides a real-time percentage of the power bank's remaining battery life.
• When charging a device or being recharged, the display will show the current battery percentage.

5.1 Compatible Devices:

• iPhone 16 Series: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max
• Upcoming iPhone 17 Series: Including iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max
• USB-C Equipped iPads: iPad Pro, iPad Air, and other models with USB-C ports.
• AirPods: USB-C compatible AirPods models.
• Other USB-C Devices: Various Android smartphones (e.g., Samsung S23/S22/Note series, Google Pixel) and other small USB-C gadgets.

5.2 Not Applicable / Not Compatible:

• iPhone 14 / iPhone 13 / iPhone 12 / iPhone 11 / iPhone XS / iPhone XR / iPhone X / iPhone 8, 7, 6, SE (and older models with Lightning ports).

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Protection: Keep the USB-C connector covered when not in use to prevent dust and debris accumulation.
• Battery Care: For optimal battery longevity, avoid fully discharging the power bank frequently. Recharge it when the battery level is low.

7. Troubleshooting

• Device not charging:
  • Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged (check LED display).
  • Verify that the power bank's USB-C connector is securely and correctly inserted into your device's port.
  • Confirm your device is compatible with the iWALK Portable Charger (refer to Section 5).
• Slow charging:
  • For optimal fast charging, ensure your device supports 20W Power Delivery.
  • When recharging the power bank, use a 20W PD compatible wall adapter.
  • Note that simultaneous charging of a device and recharging the power bank (pass-through charging) may result in slightly slower charging speeds for both.
• LED display not working:
  • Try recharging the power bank. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
