- Adjust Power: Slide your finger along the power adjustment bar or tap the desired level to set the power from 1 to 9. The cooktop offers 9 power levels for precise control.
- Power Off: To turn off a specific zone, select the zone and slide the power level to 0, or press the On/Off button (⏻) to turn off the entire cooktop.
Using Flexible Zones
The flexible zone feature allows you to combine two cooking zones into one large area, ideal for larger pots, griddles, or roasting pans.
- Place your large cookware over both flexible zones.
- Press the flexible zone button (□) on the control panel. The two zones will merge and operate as a single unit.
- Adjust the power level for the combined zone using the slider.
Timer Function
The timer can be set for up to 99 minutes to automatically turn off the cooking zone.
- Select the cooking zone you want to set the timer for.
- Press the Timer button (⏷).
- Use the slider or tap to adjust the desired cooking time. The display will show the remaining time.
- Once the timer expires, the cooking zone will automatically turn off.
Child Lock Function
The child lock prevents accidental operation of the cooktop, enhancing safety.
- To activate the child lock, press and hold the Lock button (🔒) for 3 seconds. The display will show "Lo" (Lock).
- While locked, all other buttons will be unresponsive.
- To deactivate, press and hold the Lock button (🔒) again for 3 seconds. The "Lo" indicator will disappear, and the cooktop will be operational.
Pause Function
The pause function allows you to temporarily stop cooking without losing your settings.
- During cooking, press the Pause button (⏸). All active zones will pause, and the power level will drop to a low setting.
- To resume cooking, press the Pause button (⏸) again. The zones will return to their previous power settings.
