Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your NEO CHAIR Criss Cross Chair. No additional tools are required.
- Attach Casters to Base: Invert the star base. Firmly push each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the assembled star base upright. Insert the larger end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Attach Seat Plate to Seat Cushion: Position the seat cushion upside down. Align the seat plate mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the seat plate faces the front of the seat. Secure with the provided screws using the Allen wrench.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat cushion (with seat plate attached) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure.
- Attach Backrest: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the seat plate mechanism. Secure with the provided screws.

Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height.
Rocking Mode / Tilt Function
The chair features a rocking mode. To activate or deactivate the rocking function, use the knob located beneath the seat. Turn the knob clockwise to tighten the tilt tension (less rocking) or counter-clockwise to loosen it (more rocking). The chair can recline up to 30 degrees.
360° Swivel and Casters
The chair offers a full 360-degree swivel for easy movement and access. The smooth-rolling casters allow the chair to move effortlessly across various floor types, including carpet, wood, and tile.
