1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your CHIGEE AIO-5Play Motorcycle Smart Riding System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure safe and optimal performance.

The AIO-5Play is designed to enhance your riding experience with features like wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, a 5-inch IPS LCD 60FPS display, 5G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and IP68 waterproof rating.

2. Setup and Installation

The AIO-5Play is designed for easy installation on most motorcycles. Follow these steps for proper setup.

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully unpack all components and verify that all items listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present and undamaged.

2.2. Mounting the Device

Use the provided mounting bracket and ball head component to securely attach the AIO-5Play to your motorcycle's handlebars or a suitable surface. Ensure the mount is stable and allows for optimal viewing without obstructing your ride.

2.3. Power Connection

2.4. Initial Power On

3.1. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto

The device is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, providing access to navigation, music, and communication features from your smartphone.

3.5. Call and Message Alerts

Receive and manage calls and messages directly on the AIO-5Play screen, ensuring you stay connected safely while riding.

3.6. Anti-Touch Mode

The AIO-5 Play includes a lock function to prevent accidental touches, especially useful during rain or when wearing gloves.

4. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your AIO-5Play.

4.1. Cleaning the Device

Wipe the screen and body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the IP68 waterproof coating or the screen.

4.2. Software Updates (OTA)

Keep your device's software updated via Over-The-Air (OTA) updates through the CHIGEE GO dedicated app. This ensures you have the latest features and performance improvements.

5. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your AIO-5Play.

5.1. Device Not Powering On

Check all power connections to ensure they are secure.
Verify that your motorcycle's battery has sufficient charge.
Ensure the power cable is not damaged.

5.2. CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues

Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
Restart both the AIO-5Play and your smartphone.
Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
Confirm your phone supports wireless CarPlay or Android Auto.
