2. Safety Information

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 24 hours of playtime, depending on volume and audio content.

5.2 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the indicator lights up.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the indicator turns off.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Bluetooth Pairing

The speaker uses Bluetooth 5.3 technology for stable wireless connections.

1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
3. Search for "W-KING T9-2" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.

6.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

You can pair two W-KING T9-2 speakers together for a 160W true stereo sound experience. Note: W-KING T9-2 cannot be paired with W-KING T9-1.

1. Ensure both W-KING T9-2 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker, press the TWS button (refer to speaker controls for exact button). The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master (left channel) and the other as the slave (right channel).
4. Connect your device to the master speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 6.1.

6.3 Multiple Play Modes

The speaker supports various audio input methods:

• Bluetooth: Connect wirelessly to your device (see section 6.1).
• AUX Input: Use the provided 3.5mm AUX cable to connect to devices like TVs or laptops.
• TF Card Playback: Insert a TF (microSD) card with audio files into the designated slot.
• USB Playback: Insert a USB flash drive with audio files into the USB port.

6.4 EQ Mode

The EQ mode allows you to adjust the audio profile for a balanced sound with enhanced bass. Press the EQ button (refer to speaker controls) to toggle between different equalization settings.

6.5 LED Light Control

The speaker features integrated LED lights that can synchronize with the music. Press the Light button (refer to speaker controls) to cycle through different light effects and colors, or to turn the lights off.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or solvents.

7.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to charge the speaker at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

7.3 Water Resistance (IPX5)

The W-KING T9-2 speaker is rated IPX5, meaning it is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is suitable for outdoor use and can withstand splashes or light rain. However, it is not designed to be submerged in water. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to moisture.

8. Troubleshooting

• Speaker does not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• Cannot pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within range. Try restarting both the speaker and your device.
• No sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF Card, USB) is selected.
• Poor sound quality: Move the speaker closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the device. Try a different audio source or file.
• TWS pairing fails: Ensure both speakers are W-KING T9-2 models and are not connected to any other Bluetooth device before initiating TWS pairing.
