Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have a qualified electrician perform the installation if you are not comfortable with electrical wiring.

Step-by-Step Installation:

1. Prepare the Blades: Attach each fan blade to its corresponding blade arm using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
2. Attach Blades to Motor: Use screws to attach the assembled fan blades (with arms) to the motor body. Ensure all connections are tight.
3. Secure Metal Plate: Unscrew the three screws on the motor (one completely, two kept loose). Screw the metal plate securely to the triangular position on the motor.
4. Connect LED Light: Connect the wires from the motor to the LED light plate. Magnetically secure the LED light plate to the metal plate.
5. Assemble Downrod: Unfasten the cross pin on the downrod. Install the canopy and splice closure in sequence on the downrod. Thread the motor wires through the downrod. Tighten the cross pin and the two additional screws properly.
6. Install Mounting Bracket: Install the mounting bracket securely on the ceiling. Ensure it is firmly attached to a ceiling joist or suitable support structure.
7. Hang Fan and Wire: Hang the ceiling fan on the mounting bracket and rotate it to lock. Connect the wires from the ceiling to the receiver, matching corresponding colors. Place the receiver on the mount.
8. Attach Canopy and Lampshade: Attach the canopy to the mounting bracket and tighten the two screws. Finally, install the lampshade onto the ceiling fan.

Operating Instructions

Your Ohniyou ceiling fan is operated via the included remote control. Ensure the remote has working batteries before use.

• Power ON/OFF: Press the power button to turn the fan and light on or off.
• Fan Speed: Select from 6 speed settings (1-6) to adjust airflow.
• Light Control:
  • Press the light button to turn the light on/off.
  • Cycle through 3 light colors: 3000K Warm Light, 4500K Natural White, and 6000K Cool White.

• Reversible Function (Summer/Winter Mode):
  • Summer Mode: Fan blades rotate counter-clockwise, pushing cool air downward.
  • Winter Mode: Fan blades rotate clockwise, drawing cool air up and circulating warm air down.

• Timing Function: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, or 4 hours.
• Memory Function: The fan remembers the last speed and light color setting even after being powered off, making it compatible with wall switches.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Dust the fan blades and motor housing regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish. Ensure the fan is turned off and power is disconnected before cleaning.
