Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your COFaR Metal Storage Cabinet. It is recommended to have two people for assembly to ensure stability and ease of construction.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Refer to the package contents list to ensure all pieces are present.
2. Assemble the Base Frame: Attach the four legs to the bottom frame using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely tightened.
3. Attach Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the base frame and the top panel. Use the designated screws to fasten them firmly.
4. Attach Top Panel: Secure the top panel to the assembled side panels and base.
5. Install Back Panels: Slide or screw the back panels into their designated grooves or attachment points. Ensure they are flush and secure.
6. Insert Adjustable Shelves: Place the shelf clips into the desired height slots on the interior side panels. Carefully slide the adjustable shelves onto the clips, ensuring they are level and stable.
7. Attach Doors and Handles: Mount the mesh doors to the cabinet frame using the hinges. Attach the handles to the doors with the provided screws. Ensure the magnetic catches align for proper closure.
8. Adjust Leveling Feet: Once the cabinet is fully assembled and in its desired location, adjust the leveling feet on the bottom of the legs to ensure the cabinet is stable and does not wobble on uneven surfaces.

Operating Instructions

Your COFaR Metal Storage Cabinet is designed for versatile storage in various settings.

Adjustable Shelves

The cabinet features adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize storage space to fit items of different heights. To adjust a shelf, first remove any items from it. Then, lift the shelf and reposition the four shelf clips to the desired height slots on the interior side panels. Carefully slide the shelf back onto the clips, ensuring all four clips are securely in place and the shelf is level before placing items on it.

Mesh Doors

The mesh doors provide ventilation for stored items and allow for a subtle view of the contents while keeping them protected. The doors are equipped with magnetic closures for easy and secure opening and closing. Simply push or pull the handle to engage or disengage the magnetic catch.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your cabinet.

• Cleaning: Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the powder-coated finish.
• Tightening: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.

Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

Cabinet is Wobbly

• Check that all assembly screws are securely tightened.
• Adjust the leveling feet on the bottom of the cabinet legs to stabilize it on uneven floors. Turn them clockwise or counter-clockwise until the cabinet is firm.

Doors Do Not Close Properly

• Ensure the cabinet is level. Adjust leveling feet if necessary.
• Check that the magnetic closures are aligned and free of any obstructions.
• Verify that the door hinges are correctly installed and tightened.

Shelves are Uneven

• Ensure all four shelf clips are inserted into the same height slots on both the left and right interior sides of the cabinet.
