  3. Placement: Place the roaster oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to allow for proper ventilation. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit.
  4. Assembly: Place the removable roasting pan inside the roaster oven base. Insert the roasting rack into the pan.

Operating Instructions

Temperature Control

The roaster oven features a full-range temperature control knob, allowing you to select temperatures from 150°F to 450°F, as well as specific settings for "Keep Warm" and "Defrost".

General Roasting/Baking

  1. Prepare your food and place it on the roasting rack within the removable pan.
  2. Cover the roaster with the self-basting lid.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. Turn the temperature control knob to your desired cooking temperature (e.g., 325°F - 450°F for roasting). The indicator light will illuminate, signifying the unit is heating.
  5. Allow the roaster to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
  6. Monitor cooking progress. The self-basting lid helps circulate moisture for tender results.
  7. Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature knob to "Off" and unplug the unit.
  8. Use oven mitts to carefully remove the lid and then the roasting rack with food.

  1. Place the frozen food in the removable pan, ideally on the roasting rack.
  2. Cover with the self-basting lid.
  3. Turn the temperature control knob to "Defrost".
  4. Monitor the thawing process. Once thawed, proceed with cooking or refrigerate immediately.

Keep Warm Setting

The "Keep Warm" setting maintains food at a serving temperature (approximately 150°F) without further cooking.

  1. After cooking, turn the temperature control knob to "Keep Warm".
  2. Ensure the lid remains on to retain heat and moisture.
  3. Do not keep food warm for extended periods (more than 2-4 hours) to prevent bacterial growth.
