8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound from microphone | Microphone or receiver not powered on; Low battery; Incorrect connection; Mute function active; Incompatible device. | Ensure both microphone and receiver are powered on. Charge batteries. Verify receiver is plugged into a MIC input, not AUX. Tap mute button to unmute. Check device compatibility. |
| Interference or poor sound quality | Other wireless devices nearby; Frequency conflict; Obstructions. | Try adjusting the microphone's frequency (refer to manual). Move away from other wireless devices or sources of interference. Ensure clear line of sight between microphone and receiver. |
| Microphone and receiver not connecting | Out of range; Pairing issue. | Ensure microphone and receiver are within the 50M operating range. Perform a manual pairing/reset as described in the physical user manual. |
| Short battery life | Batteries not fully charged; Aging batteries. | Ensure units are fully charged (2-3 hours). If batteries are old, their capacity may have diminished over time. |
