Setup

1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Ensure all parts listed below are present.

2. Assembly

The EMOKO C91 Electric Bike comes 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly. Refer to Video 1 for visual guidance.

1. Front Wheel Assembly: Loosen the screws of the front wheel, align it with the front fork, and re-tighten the screws securely. Ensure the disc brake is properly aligned.

2. Handlebar Assembly: Move the adjustable bar to the front and fix it. Adjust the head height to your preference and secure it.

3. Front LED Light Assembly: Attach the front LED light to the designated bracket on the front fork. Ensure the wire is connected correctly.

4. Front Mudguard Assembly: Install the front mudguard using the provided screws and tools.

5. Pedal Assembly: Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right, and thread in opposite directions.

6. Seat Assembly: Secure the seat to the rear rack using the provided 6 screws.

3. Battery Installation and Charging

The EMOKO C91 features a removable 48V 20Ah battery. To install, slide the battery into its compartment on the frame and lock it with the key. To charge, remove the battery or charge it directly on the bike. Connect the fast charger to the battery's charging port and then to a power outlet. The charger's red light indicates charging, and it will turn green when fully charged (approx. 5-6 hours).

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

First, turn on the main power switch on the battery. Then, long-press the 'M' button on the LCD display to turn on the e-bike system.

2. Smart LCD Display

The smart LCD display provides real-time information about your ride. You can view speed, battery level, pedal assist level, and mileage at a glance. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the speed level.

3. Riding Modes

The EMOKO C91 offers 5 distinct riding modes to suit various preferences and terrains:

• Pure Electric Mode: Utilize the throttle for propulsion without pedaling.

• Pedal Assist Mode (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal, with adjustable levels (1-5) for varying power output. This mode offers a range of up to 65 miles.

• Foot-Operated Mode (Bike Mode): Ride the bike like a traditional bicycle, with power off and relying solely on pedaling.

• Cruise Control Mode: Maintain a constant speed without continuously holding the throttle or pedaling.

• 7-Speed Gearbox: Adjust the appropriate speed according to the 12-speed transmission for mechanical pedaling.

4. Controls

The e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed gear system for mechanical pedaling and a throttle for electric propulsion. The dual disc brake system (front and rear) ensures safe and efficient stopping.

Maintenance

1. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, charge it regularly and avoid fully discharging it. The battery is equipped with overcharge protection, temperature protection, and short circuit protection. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

2. Tire Care

The 20"x4" wide tires feature a puncture-resistant design. Regularly check tire pressure to ensure it matches the recommended PSI (usually found on the tire sidewall) for optimal performance and safety. Inspect tires for any signs of wear or damage.
