  • No Sound:

  • Steering Wheel Control Does Not Work:
    1. Check if the serial port cable (8-pin) is correctly inserted.
    2. If a CANBUS box is on the power cable, there is no need to learn SWC; check 'Canbus agreement'. If there is no CANBUS box, you need to learn the SWC.
  • Abnormal or Distorted Reverse Camera Display: Go to 'Setting' > 'Reverse' > 'Reversing system selection' and select 'NTSC'.
  • Reset Factory: Reset code is 7890. Some apps may be lost after reset; refer to instructions to re-download or contact support for APKs. Resetting is generally not recommended.
