2. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing your Ulefone Note 18 Ultra, please verify that all the following items are included:

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Inserting SIM and MicroSD Cards

The Ulefone Note 18 Ultra supports dual SIM cards and a MicroSD card for expandable storage. Use the provided SIM needle to eject the SIM tray located on the side of the device. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring correct orientation. Reinsert the tray firmly into the phone.

3.2. Initial Power On and Setup

Press and hold the Power button on the right side of the phone until the Ulefone logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account sign-in, and security settings (fingerprint/face unlock).

3.3. Charging the Device

Connect the provided Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the 18W AC power charger. Plug the charger into a wall outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress. For optimal battery life, it is recommended to fully charge the device before first use.

4.1. Display and Navigation

The Ulefone Note 18 Ultra features a 6.78-inch FHD+ punch-hole display with a 90Hz refresh rate, providing smooth visuals and responsive touch. Navigation is primarily touch-based, with on-screen gestures or traditional navigation buttons (configurable in settings).

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning Your Device

To clean your Ulefone Note 18 Ultra, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the device.

5.2. Software Updates

5.3. Battery Care

  • Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
