1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the massager.
2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the massager and a suitable power adapter (not included).
3. Allow the device to charge completely. The charging indicator light will change to indicate a full charge.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power button () to turn the massager on or off. The power indicator lamp will illuminate when active.

3. Select Massage Speed: Press the 3 Adjustable Speed button () to cycle through low, medium, and high intensity settings.
