5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Understanding the LED Touchscreen Display

The display shows critical charging information. The main control unit features an indicator light, an 'A' button for current adjustment/mode toggle, and a clock icon button for scheduling.

5.2 Touch Button Usage

• Short Press 'A' Button: Adjusts the output current (6A/8A/10A/13A). This function is active only when the charging gun is pulled out.
• Long Press 'A' Button: Toggles between charging modes: "Plug-and-Play" and "APP Start". This function is active only when the charging gun is pulled out.
• Long Press 'A' and Clock Buttons Simultaneously: Initiates a Wi-Fi reset.

5.3 Charging Modes

• Plug-and-Play Mode: Charging begins automatically once the charger is connected to the vehicle and power.
• APP Start Mode: Charging is initiated and controlled via the smart application.

5.4 Scheduling Charging

You can schedule charging times to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates. This can be done via the charger's touchscreen or through the smart application. Refer to the app's interface for detailed scheduling options.

• 7.1 Touch Button Unresponsive

  Issue: The touch buttons on the charger do not respond.

  Solution: Ensure the charging gun is pulled out from the vehicle. The touch buttons are designed to be active only when the gun is disconnected.

• 7.2 Charging Does Not Start (APP Start Mode)

  Issue: The charger is in "APP Start" mode, and charging does not initiate.

  Solution: Pull out the charging gun, then long-press the 'A' button to switch the mode to "Plug-and-Play". Reconnect the charging gun, and charging should resume.

• 7.3 Current Adjustment via APP Irregularities

  Issue: Difficulty adjusting the current using the mobile application.

  Solution: To adjust the current via the app, first stop the ongoing charging process. Making current adjustments while charging may lead to irregularities.
