  1. Insert Spiral: Manually feed the flexible shaft into the drain opening until it meets resistance.
  2. Engage Power: Turn on the device using the main switch.
  3. Advance Spiral: Press the forward rotation button (labeled 'F' in Figure 3) to make the spiral advance into the pipe. Gently push the operating handle to guide the spiral.
  4. Clear Blockage: When the spiral encounters a blockage, allow it to work through the obstruction. The variable speed motor (0-560 RPM) allows for precise control.

  6. Retract Spiral: Once the blockage is cleared, or if you need to withdraw the spiral, press the reverse rotation button (labeled 'R' in Figure 3) and gently pull the operating handle to retract the shaft.
  7. Test Drain: After clearing, run water down the drain to ensure the blockage is fully removed.
  8. Repeat if Necessary: For stubborn blockages, you may need to repeat the process.
