5. Setup and Installation

The installation process involves removing the original radio unit and connecting the new Android Car Stereo. It is recommended to have this installed by a professional if you are unfamiliar with car audio wiring.

5.1. Dash Panel Removal

Carefully pry off the dashboard trim surrounding the original radio unit. Locate and remove the mounting screws. Disconnect all wiring harnesses from the original radio.

5.2. Wiring Connections

Connect the provided wiring harnesses to the new Android Car Stereo and the vehicle's existing wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.

  • Power Cable: Connect the main power harness.
  • RCA Cables: Connect for audio output (e.g., to external amplifiers) and video input/output.
