Setup

The PROZOR 3.5mm Bi-Directional Audio Switcher is designed for simple plug-and-play operation. No external power supply or software installation is required.

1. Identify Ports: The switcher has one "IN/OUT" port and two "1" and "2" ports.
2. Connect Devices:
   • For 2 Inputs to 1 Output (e.g., two computers to one speaker): Connect your two audio sources (e.g., computers) to ports "1" and "2". Connect your audio output device (e.g., speaker) to the "IN/OUT" port.
   • For 1 Input to 2 Outputs (e.g., one computer to two speakers/headphones): Connect your audio source (e.g., computer) to the "IN/OUT" port. Connect your two audio output devices (e.g., speakers and headphones) to ports "1" and "2".

Operating Instructions

The switcher offers two primary modes of operation:

Mode 1: 2 Inputs to 1 Output (Audio Splitter)

In this mode, you connect two audio sources to ports "1" and "2", and one audio output device to the "IN/OUT" port. Use the selector switch to choose which input (1 or 2) is routed to the output.

Mode 2: 1 Input to 2 Outputs (Audio Switcher)

In this mode, you connect one audio source to the "IN/OUT" port, and two audio output devices to ports "1" and "2". Use the selector switch to choose which output device (1 or 2) receives the audio signal.

Volume Control and Mute Function

• Volume Knob: Rotate the large central knob clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.
• Mute Button: Press the small button on the right side of the unit to instantly mute the audio. Press it again to unmute.
