4. Getting Started

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

• Charging Case Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours.
• Earbuds Charging Time: Earbuds charge automatically when placed in the case.

4.2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "Q28" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. Select "Q28" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbud indicators will turn off.
6. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

5. Wearing Instructions

The Q28 earbuds feature an ergonomic ear hook design for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during physical activity.

1. Prepare the headphones: Hold the earbud with the ear hook facing upwards.
2. Hang on earhelix: Gently place the ear hook over the top of your ear.
3. Turn and slide: Rotate the earbud slightly and slide it behind your ear until it sits comfortably.
4. Adjust for secure fit: Adjust the ear hook and the earbud's position to ensure a snug and stable fit.

6. Operating Controls

The Q28 earbuds feature multi-function buttons (MFB) on each earbud for easy control of audio playback, calls, and voice assistants.

7. Charging the Earbuds and Case

To charge the earbuds, simply place them back into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. To charge the case, connect it to a USB power source using the provided USB-C cable.

• The digital display on the case shows the battery percentage of the case and individual charge levels for each earbud.
• When earbuds are charging, their respective LED bars on the display will flash. They will turn off once fully charged.
• A full charge of the case provides approximately 48 hours of additional playtime for the earbuds.
• Earbuds provide up to 10 hours of playtime on a single charge.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-enter pairing mode.
• Forget "Q28" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Ensure earbuds are within 10 meters (33 feet) of your device.

8.2. Only one earbud working:

• Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
• Open the lid and wait for both earbuds to connect to each other before connecting to your device.
• Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge.

8.3. Low volume or poor sound quality:

• Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure the earbuds are worn correctly and securely.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
