5. Maintenance
5.1 Filter Cleaning
The dual filter basket is easily accessible and can be rinsed with water for quick cleaning. Regular cleaning of the filter basket is crucial for maintaining optimal suction and cleaning performance.
5.2 General Care
After each use, ensure the robot is clean and free of debris. Store it on its charging dock in a dry, shaded area when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Wi-Fi Connection Issues
If the robot loses connection after entering the water, note that Wi-Fi signals are attenuated by water. Ensure your home Wi-Fi is set to 2.4GHz, as the device only supports this frequency. Dual-band Wi-Fi that supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz is also compatible. If your home Wi-Fi is currently set to 5GHz only, contact your router service provider to enable 2.4GHz.
6.2 Robot Not Charging
Ensure the robot is correctly placed on the wireless charging dock and the dock is powered. The plug-free design prevents water damage and fire risks.
6.3 Robot Not Moving Efficiently
Check the filter basket for excessive debris and clean it if necessary. Ensure the roller brushes are free from obstructions. The AI algorithms should optimize cleaning paths, but physical obstructions can impede movement.
