Setup

1. Sizing Your Ring AIR

The ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR requires precise sizing for accurate data collection. It is recommended to use a sizing kit to determine your optimal ring size before purchasing the final product. Ring AIR is available in sizes 5-14.

  1. Try Multiple Sizes: Experiment with different mock rings from the sizing kit on your index, middle, or ring finger to find a snug fit.

2. Initial Charging and App Pairing

Upon receiving your ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR, fully charge it using the provided wireless charging dock and Type C to Type C cable. While charging, download the Ultrahuman App from your device's app store (available on Android & iOS). Follow the in-app instructions to pair your ring via Bluetooth and complete the initial setup, including entering personal details like height, weight, and activity level.

Operating Your Ring AIR

Wear the ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR on your preferred finger (index, middle, or ring finger) for continuous health monitoring. The ring automatically tracks various metrics throughout the day and night, with detailed insights accessible through the Ultrahuman App.

Key Features and Metrics:

  • Sleep Index: Monitors Deep Sleep, REM Sleep, Light Sleep, and Awake times. It assesses total sleep duration, resting heart rate, and restfulness to provide a comprehensive sleep quality score.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Ring AIR

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the ring. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the hypoallergenic inner shell or the space-grade titanium exterior.

Charging and Battery Life

The Ring AIR features up to 6 days of battery life and supports wireless charging. Place the ring on its dedicated wireless charging dock when the battery is low. A full charge typically takes approximately 45 minutes after the initial charge.

The Ring AIR includes a 'Chill Mode' feature that optimizes battery usage by intelligently tracking only essential metrics during specific periods, extending battery life by up to 35% without compromising key insights like sleep, recovery, or night-time heart rate and temperature.

Water Resistance

The ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR is water-resistant up to 100 meters, making it suitable for daily activities such as showering, swimming, and other water-related exercises. However, it is not recommended for diving or high-pressure water activities.

Troubleshooting

  • Connectivity Issues: If your ring loses connection with the app, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the ring is within range. Try restarting both the app and your phone. If issues persist, a soft reset of the ring or re-pairing might be necessary.
  • Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the ring is worn snugly on your finger. Loose fit can lead to inaccurate heart rate or sleep data. Verify that the ring's sensors are clean and free from debris.
  • Battery Draining Faster Than Expected: While the ring is designed for up to 6 days of battery life, usage patterns and environmental factors can affect this. Ensure 'Chill Mode' is enabled if you wish to optimize battery life. If battery life significantly deviates from expectations, contact support.
  • App Not Syncing: Check your internet connection and ensure the Ultrahuman App is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app can resolve syncing problems.
