Setup and Assembly
1. Attaching the Fins
The F2 SUP Ride PRO comes with 2 removable US Box fins. Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the fin boxes on the underside of the board.
- Slide the base of each fin into its respective fin box.
- Secure the fins using the provided screws or clips, ensuring they are firmly seated and do not wobble.
2. Assembling the 3-Piece Paddle
The included paddle is designed for easy assembly and transport:
- Connect the blade section to the middle shaft section. Ensure the button snaps into place.
- Connect the handle section to the middle shaft section. Again, ensure the button snaps securely.

If you plan to use the board for windsurfing, locate the mast track or insert on the deck of the board. Follow the instructions provided with your windsurf rig for proper attachment. Ensure the rig is securely fastened before use.
Operating Instructions
Paddling Techniques
- Stance: Begin by kneeling on the board, then slowly stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart, centered over the handle. Keep your knees slightly bent and your core engaged.
- Paddling Stroke: Insert the paddle blade fully into the water near the nose of the board. Pull the paddle back towards your feet, keeping your arms relatively straight and using your core muscles. Exit the water near your feet.
- Turning: To turn, paddle on one side of the board more frequently or perform a sweep stroke (a wide arc) on the side opposite to the desired turn.
Windsurfing Operation
For windsurfing, ensure your rig is correctly attached. Familiarize yourself with basic windsurfing techniques such as uphauling, sailing across the wind, and turning. It is recommended to take lessons from a certified instructor if you are new to windsurfing.
Maintenance and Care
- Rinsing: After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the board and paddle thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and dirt.
- Drying: Allow the board and paddle to dry completely before storage to prevent mold and mildew.
- Storage: Store the board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Prolonged exposure to sun can damage the board's materials. If storing outdoors, use a board bag for protection.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the board for any signs of damage, such as cracks, dings, or delamination. Check the fins and fin boxes for wear.
- Paddle Care: Disassemble the paddle for storage to prevent parts from seizing. Clean and dry all sections.
