Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your ELEMARA Electric Motorcycle. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps to ensure ease and safety during installation.

Step 1: Shock Absorber Assembly

  1. Using the L-type Hex wrench and Z-type Hex wrench, release the two screws and two nuts from the shock absorber.
  2. One person should lift the leather seat of the motorcycle. The other person should insert the shock absorber into the designated position on the car body.
  3. Insert the screws and nuts back into place. Tighten them simultaneously by exerting force in opposite directions, or fasten one side and then tighten the other.

Step 2: Front Guard and Mudguard Assembly

  1. Attach the front guard to its corresponding position on the car body.
  2. Secure the front guard with a 4mm*14mm screw.
  3. Attach the provided sticker onto the front guard.
  4. Insert the mudguard into its corresponding position on the car body.
  5. Turn the motorcycle over. Using a screwdriver, secure the mudguard from the bottom with four 4mm*14mm screws.

Step 3: Front Wheel Assembly

  1. Remove the front axle using a wrench. The front axle is not needed for the subsequent assembly process.
  2. Remove the protective silicone covers from both sides of the front wheel.
  3. Release the two nuts from the front wheel and remove the two washers.
  4. Insert the front wheel into the front fork.
  5. Insert two washers and two nuts onto both sides of the wheel axle.
  6. Fix the two nuts with an open spanner to secure the wheel.

Step 4: Handlebar Assembly

  1. Attach handlebar fixing device D onto the car body. One person should insert the handlebar and hold it in place.
  2. The other person should attach the two handlebar fixing devices C onto the car body and insert four 8mm*45mm screws.
  3. Fix the screws with a Z-type Hex wrench in a diagonal order. Ensure the component is aligned with the indentations on the horizontal bar of the handlebar for easier installation.
  4. Connect the two plugs coming from the car body and the handlebar. Once connected, carefully tuck the connecting wire into the hole in the car body.

Step 5: Battery Connection

  1. Use a screwdriver to remove two screws from the bottom of the seat.
  2. Open the seat and match the two red plugs to connect the power.
  3. Align the snaps on each side of the seat and insert the seat back into place.
  4. Use the screwdriver to secure the seat with the two screws removed earlier.

Step 6: Brake Adjustment Method

  1. If there is too much travel on the brake lever, it needs tightening. Loosen the white nut on the brake lever in an anticlockwise direction to tighten the brake.
  2. If after adjusting the lever, there is still too much travel on the brake, the nut near the brake disk needs adjusting. Loosen the nut of the brake cable in an anticlockwise direction.
  3. Tighten the brake cable and hold it on. Rotate the wheel to check the degree of tightness.
  4. When you feel a little friction on the wheel, tighten the nut of the brake cable in a clockwise direction.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled and the battery is connected, ensure the motorcycle is fully charged before its first use. To operate, turn on the power switch, typically located near the dashboard. Use the twist-grip throttle to accelerate and the hand-operated rear brake to slow down or stop. The integrated music and Bluetooth features can be controlled via the dashboard for an enhanced riding experience.
