2. Setup and Assembly
The ELEMARA Electric Dirt Bike requires assembly before first use. Please follow the steps below and refer to the provided video for visual guidance.
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Check
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present. The package includes: Electric Dirt Bike*1, Manual*1.

2.2 Assembly Steps
For detailed assembly instructions, please watch the official installation video below. It covers shock absorber assembly, front guard and mudguard installation, front wheel assembly, handlebar attachment, and battery connection.

- Shock Absorber Assembly: Release screws and nuts from the shock absorber. Lift the seat and insert the shock absorber into the car body. Secure with screws and nuts. (Requires two people for installation).
- Front Guard and Mudguard Assembly: Attach the front guard to the corresponding position on the car body and secure it with screws from the bottom. Insert the mudguard into its position.
- Front Wheel Assembly: Remove the front axle from the front fork. Remove protective silicone covers, nuts, and washers from the front wheel. Insert the front wheel into the front fork, then re-insert washers and nuts on both sides. Fix nuts with an open spanner.
- Handlebar Assembly: Attach the handlebar fixing devices to the car body. Insert the handlebar and secure it with screws, ensuring alignment with indentations.
- Battery Connection: Use a screwdriver to remove two screws from the bottom of the seat. Open the seat and connect the two red plugs to connect the power. Align the snaps on each side of the seat and insert the seat, then secure it with the two screws.
2.3 Initial Battery Charging
It is recommended to charge the battery for 6-8 hours for the first use to ensure it is fully charged. The bike uses 2 x 12V batteries (included).
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button located on the control panel to turn the bike on or off. The control panel also features a light switch and speed switch.

3.2 Throttle and Speed Control
The bike features a twist-grip throttle for acceleration. Gently twist the throttle to increase speed. The bike has a maximum speed of 15.5 mph.
Use the Speed Switch on the control panel to toggle between different speed modes (e.g., low and high speed) suitable for the rider's experience level.
3.3 Braking
The ELEMARA Electric Dirt Bike is equipped with a hand-operated rear drum brake. Squeeze the brake lever on the handlebar to slow down and stop the bike.
3.4 Music and Bluetooth
The bike includes built-in music and Bluetooth connectivity. Use the controls on the panel to play pre-loaded music or connect your device via Bluetooth to play your own audio.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Care
- After every ride, it is recommended to charge the battery for 8-12 hours.
- When the bike is not used for a long time, it is recommended that the battery is fully charged, the car switch is switched off to ensure that the battery power is disconnected.
- Place the bike and battery in a cool and ventilated environment for storage.
- When not in use, the battery should be charged once a month.
4.2 Tire Maintenance
The bike is equipped with 12" large-size wear-resistant inflatable rubber wheels. Regularly check tire pressure to ensure optimal performance and a smooth ride.
4.3 General Cleaning
Clean the bike regularly with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish or electronic components.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Inability to Charge
- Replace the charger or check the wiring for any damage or loose connections.
- Continuously charge for 48 hours and then perform a ride test.
- If the issue persists, the battery may need to be replaced.
5.2 Brake Adjustment
If there is too much travel on the brake lever, it needs tightening. Loosen the white nut on the brake lever in an anticlockwise direction to tighten the brake. If further adjustment is needed, loosen the nut of the brake cable near the rear wheel in an anticlockwise direction, tighten the brake cable, and hold it on. Rotate the wheel to check the degree of tightness. When you feel a little friction on the wheel, tighten the brake cable.
