Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from the power outlet and all devices before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping the charger or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the unit.
  • Cable Care: Ensure charging cables are not bent sharply or tangled, as this can damage them over time.

Troubleshooting

Device not charging:
Ensure the charging station is properly plugged into a live power outlet. Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the charger and your device. Try a different cable or port to rule out cable or port issues. Check if your device is compatible with the charger's output specifications.
Slow charging:
Confirm that your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD/QC3.0/PPS). If multiple devices are connected, the total power output is shared, which may reduce individual port speeds. Refer to the "Power Distribution Overview" for expected outputs. Ensure the cable is not excessively long or of poor quality.
Charger feels warm:
It is normal for the charger to become warm during operation, especially under heavy load. The GaN technology helps manage heat. However, if the charger becomes excessively hot to the touch, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool. Ensure it is placed in a well-ventilated area and not covered. The charger includes temperature protection to prevent overheating.
Blue LED indicator is off:
Check the power connection to the wall outlet and the charger. If the LED remains off, the unit may not be receiving power or could be faulty.

If you experience persistent issues, please refer to the Warranty and Support section for assistance.
