Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your BuddyPhones Cosmos Fun. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

2. Powering On/Off

To power on the headphones, press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator will light up. To power off, press and hold the multi-function button again until the LED turns off.

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "BuddyPhones Cosmos Fun".
4. Select the headphones from the list to connect. The LED will turn solid blue when successfully paired.

2. Adjusting Volume

Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on the headphones to adjust the listening volume. Remember that the headphones feature SafeAudio volume limiting, so the maximum volume will be capped according to the selected listening mode.

3. Switching Volume Limit Modes (SafeAudio)

The BuddyPhones Cosmos Fun offers three SafeAudio listening modes: ToddlerMode (75dB), KidsMode (85dB), and TravelMode (94dB). To switch between these modes:

1. Hold both the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons together for 2 seconds.
2. The LED light will flash to indicate the current mode:
   • 1 flash: ToddlerMode (75dB)
   • 2 flashes: KidsMode (85dB) - Default
   • 3 flashes: TravelMode (94dB)
3. Repeat the action to cycle through the modes.

4. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and StudyMode

The headphones feature a dedicated switch for ANC and StudyMode. Toggle the switch to activate or deactivate these features as needed. ANC reduces ambient noise, while StudyMode enhances vocal clarity.

5. Wired Connection (BuddyLink)

When the battery is low or for devices without Bluetooth, use the included 3.5mm audio cable. Plug one end into the headphone's audio jack and the other into your device's audio output. The headphones will function in passive mode without requiring battery power.

Maintenance

• Clean the ear pads and headband regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
