- Lift the edge of the running belt, locate the beam position, and install the guide belt hook into the raised part of the beam edge.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
1. Running Belt Alignment
If the running belt is misaligned and affects normal use, follow these steps to adjust it:
- Turn off the power and place the machine on a flat surface.
- If the belt slides and protrudes to the left: Rotate the rear left screw clockwise by 1/8 turn (approx. 45 degrees).
- If the belt slides and protrudes to the right: Rotate the rear left screw gradually counter-clockwise, observing the belt returning to the center. The adjustment angle should be less than 45 degrees.
- Test: Turn on the treadmill and set the speed to 2 KPH. Observe for 30 seconds to 1 minute if the belt moves to the center.
- Once the belt is centered and stable, you can use it normally after turning off the treadmill.

2. Running Belt Tension
If the running belt feels too loose or slips during use, it needs to be tightened. You can check the tension by trying to insert your index finger under the belt from the side. Ideally, there should be enough space for one finger. If you can fit two fingers vertically, the belt is too loose and needs further tightening.
- Turn off the power and place the machine on a flat surface.
- Set the machine to a speed of 2.0 KPH.
- Adjust the screws on both rear covers clockwise to tighten the belt. Rotate until the belt moves smoothly.
- Check if the belt is centered and stable.

Troubleshooting
Remote Control Not Responding
If the remote control is not able to control the treadmill, it might not be paired correctly. Follow these steps to re-pair it:
- First, turn off the machine.
- Then, press and hold the power button on the remote control while turning on the machine's power.
- When you hear a beep and see "00:00" displayed on the screen, it means the pairing was successful. You can now use the remote control to operate the machine.
