Follow these steps for proper assembly and installation of your motorized TV cart. Refer to the installation video for visual guidance.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Open the package and carefully remove all components. Lay them out and verify against the parts list in your included manual.
- Assemble the Base: Insert the leg part “C” into the Y-shaped tube “A&B”, ensuring the bends of the legs face inward. Tighten the screws “B2” on the front and back to form a Y shape. Repeat for the other side.
- Install the Pallet/Shelf: When installing the pallet “F”, ensure the concave side faces upward. Tighten the screws “D2” to secure it.
- Install the Hanging Board: Two people are needed to hold up the Y-shaped tube. Assemble the pallet “F” assembly and Y-shaped tube, then align the holes and tighten with screws “A2”. Pay attention to the direction of the bend of the pallet and the Y-shaped tube, ensuring they are aligned correctly.
- Attach TV Mounting Brackets: Compare the size of your TV's mounting holes to choose the appropriate screws and heightening pads. Attach the mounting brackets to the back of your TV and lock them securely.

- Connect Power and Manage Cables: Plug the power cable “K” into the back of the unit. Secure the cable with cable ties “I” to the frame to prevent tangling and ensure smooth operation.
- Remote Control Setup: Open the back cover of the remote control, insert the CR2032 lithium battery, cover the remote control cover, and lock it tightly.
- Pairing the Remote Control: If the cart is not powered on, press and hold the light button on the remote control until the signal light flashes. Power on the cart while still holding down the light button. Release the light button once the signal light on the remote control goes out.
