1. Introduction

The Leomru 15x15 8-in-1 Heat Press Machine is a versatile heat transfer solution designed for applying designs to various items. This multifunction combo unit features a 15"x15" T-shirt press, a 5.5"x3" hat press, multiple mug press attachments (6oz, 11oz, 12oz, 17oz), and two plate press attachments (5" and 6"). Its dual-tube heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the 360-degree swing-away and slide-out design enhance safety and ease of use. The upgraded digital control box allows for precise temperature and time settings, making it suitable for a wide range of heat transfer projects.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or other injury or damage.

• Always operate the heat press on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep hands and body clear of the heating element during operation to prevent burns. The heating plate reaches high temperatures.
• Ensure the machine is properly grounded to prevent electrical shock.

3. Product Components

Main Unit Features:

• Heating Plate (15"x15"): The primary flat platen for T-shirts and other flat items. Features a Teflon coating to prevent sticking.
• Bottom Plate/Slide-out Tray: The lower platen where items are placed. Designed to slide out for easier and safer placement of materials.
• Control Box: Digital display for temperature and time settings, with buttons for adjustment and mode selection. Includes overheat protection.
• Pressure Adjustment Knob: Located at the top, allows for fine-tuning pressure based on material thickness.
• Swing-Away Arm: Allows the heating plate to rotate 360 degrees, moving it away from the working area for safety and convenience.

4. Setup

Initial Setup:

1. Unpack all components from the box and ensure all parts are present.
2. Place the main heat press unit on a sturdy, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
3. Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging the machine into a standard 110V power outlet.

Attaching Accessories:

The heat press is designed for easy interchangeability of attachments. For mug and plate presses, you will need to disconnect the main control box from the stand and connect it to the specific attachment. For the hat press, you will replace the top heating plate with the hat press attachment.

For Mug Press Attachments:

1. Disconnect the control box from the main heat press stand.
2. Connect the cable of the desired mug press attachment to the control box.
3. Place the mug press on a stable surface.

For Plate Press Attachments:

1. Loosen the screws on the main heating plate to remove it.
2. Install the plate press attachment onto the top part of the machine by fastening the screws.
3. Connect the cable of the plate press to the control box.

For Hat Press Attachment:

1. Remove the screws from the main heating plate and install the hat press attachment in its place.
2. Remove the nuts from the bottom table and fasten the bottom part of the hat press with them.
3. Connect the cable of the hat press to the control box.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

1. Power On: Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The digital display will light up.
2. Set Temperature: Press the "SET" button on the control box. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired temperature (range: 30-450 °F). Press "SET" again to confirm.
3. Set Time: After setting the temperature, press "SET" again to enter time setting mode. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired time (range: 0-999 seconds). Press "SET" to confirm.
4. Pre-heating: Allow the machine to pre-heat until it reaches the set temperature. The display will indicate when the target temperature is reached.
5. Adjust Pressure: Use the pressure adjustment knob at the top to set the appropriate pressure for your material. Turn clockwise for more pressure, counter-clockwise for less. The pressure should be firm but not overly tight.

T-shirt Press Operation:

1. Prepare T-shirt: Place the T-shirt onto the bottom plate. Use the slide-out tray for easier positioning.
2. Pre-heat T-shirt: Close the heat press for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Open the press and allow the T-shirt to cool slightly.
3. Position Design: Place your transfer paper or vinyl design onto the T-shirt. Cover with a Teflon sheet.
4. Press: Swing the heating plate over the T-shirt and press the handle down firmly. The timer will start automatically.
5. Finish: Once the timer beeps, release the handle, swing the heating plate away, and carefully remove the T-shirt.

Mug Press Operation:

1. Prepare Mug: Wrap your sublimation transfer paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape.
2. Insert Mug: Place the prepared mug into the mug press attachment.
3. Press: Close the mug press handle to apply pressure. The timer will start.
4. Finish: Once the timer beeps, open the press and carefully remove the hot mug. Allow it to cool before handling.

Hat Press Operation:

1. Prepare Hat: Place the hat onto the hat press platen, ensuring it is centered and flat.
2. Position Design: Place your transfer design onto the hat and secure it if necessary.
3. Press: Lower the heating element onto the hat and apply pressure. The timer will start.
4. Finish: After the timer beeps, lift the heating element and carefully remove the hat.

Plate Press Operation:

1. Prepare Plate: Place your transfer design onto the ceramic plate and secure it.
2. Position Plate: Place the prepared plate onto the plate press platen.
3. Press: Lower the heating element onto the plate and apply pressure. The timer will start.
4. Finish: Once the timer beeps, lift the heating element and carefully remove the hot plate.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the heating plates and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth when the machine is cool and unplugged. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Teflon Sheets: Replace Teflon sheets if they become worn, torn, or excessively dirty to ensure optimal heat transfer and protection.
• Storage: Store the heat press in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use. Keep attachments organized and protected.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord, plug, and all connections for any signs of damage. Do not operate if damage is found.
