  • Terminals 1 & 2: AC100-240V Power Supply. Connect your main power input here.
  • Terminals 3 & 4: OUT (Main Control Output). These terminals provide the solid state output for temperature control.
  • Terminals 5 & 6: Time Output. These terminals provide a separate output for timing functions.
  • Terminals 7 & 8: TK (K-Type Thermocouple Positive Input). Connect the positive lead of your K-type thermocouple here.
  • Terminals 9 & 10: TC (K-Type Thermocouple Negative Input). Connect the negative lead of your K-type thermocouple here.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On

After completing all wiring, apply 220VAC power to terminals 1 and 2. The device display will illuminate, showing the current temperature or the last active mode.

6.2 Mode Selection

Press the MODE button to cycle through the main operating modes: Temperature Control, Timing, and Counting. Each press will switch to the next mode or parameter setting within a mode.

6.3 Setting Parameters

When in a setting mode (indicated by a flashing display), use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons to adjust the desired value. Press RESET to confirm the setting and move to the next parameter or exit the setting menu.

6.4 Temperature Control Function

In Temperature Control mode, the display shows the current temperature. Press MODE to enter the temperature setting menu. Use the arrow buttons to set the desired target temperature and hysteresis (temperature difference for output switching). Confirm each setting with RESET.

6.5 Timing Function

In Timing mode, the display shows the current timer value. Press MODE to set the timing duration (e.g., minutes and seconds) and the operating mode (e.g., delay on, delay off). Use the arrow buttons to adjust values and RESET to confirm. The Time Output (Terminals 5 & 6) will activate according to the set timing parameters.

6.6 Counting Function

In Counting mode, the display shows the current count. Press MODE to set a target count value. The counter can be reset by pressing the RESET button. The device can be configured to trigger an output when the target count is reached.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your WSJ700 thermostat.

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the display and casing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ensure the operating environment remains within specified temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, corrosive gases, or strong vibrations.
  • Connection Check: Periodically inspect all wiring connections to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your WSJ700, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Device does not power on:
    • Check the power supply connection to terminals 1 and 2.
    • Verify that the power source is providing 220VAC.
  • Incorrect temperature reading:
    • Ensure the K-type thermocouple is correctly wired to terminals 7, 8, 9, and 10, observing polarity.
    • Check if the thermocouple itself is damaged or faulty.
  • Output (Terminals 3 & 4 or 5 & 6) not activating:
    • Verify that the set temperature, timing, or counting parameters are met.
    • Check the wiring of the load connected to the output terminals.
    • Ensure the device is in the correct operating mode for the desired output.
  • Display is blank or erratic:
    • Power cycle the device.
    • Ensure stable power supply.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
