2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended mattress size and thickness. For this Full Size Loft Bed, the recommended mattress dimensions are approximately 75 inches by 54 inches, with a maximum thickness of 6 inches.
• Ensure all connections are tight before use and periodically check to ensure they remain secure.
• Do not allow children under 6 years of age on the upper bunk.
• Always use the ladder for entering and exiting the upper bunk. Do not use the bed as a climbing frame.
• The upper bunk is designed to support a maximum weight of 400 lbs. Do not exceed this weight limit.
• Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk.
• Ensure the bed is placed on a level surface.
• Do not attach or suspend items from any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, hooks, belts, and jump ropes.

4. Assembly Instructions (Setup)

Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended that two adults assemble the bed. Ensure you have adequate space and all tools (typically an Allen wrench is provided, but a Phillips head screwdriver may also be needed) before starting.

5. Usage (Operating)

Once assembled and checked for stability, the DERCASS Loft Bed is ready for use.

• Sleeping Area: Place a full-size mattress (maximum 6 inches thick) on the upper bunk. Ensure the mattress fits snugly within the frame and below the top of the guardrails.
• Workstation: The integrated desk provides a dedicated space for studying, working, or other activities. The shelf offers additional storage for books, stationery, or decorative items.
• Ladder Use: Always use the ladder to access and descend from the upper bunk. Ensure hands and feet are clean and dry to prevent slipping.
• Weight Capacity: Adhere strictly to the 400 lbs weight limit for the upper bunk.
