Setup Guide

1. Charging the Camera

Before initial use, fully charge the camera's built-in 10000mAh battery using the provided charging cable. Connect the cable to the camera's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation

The camera operates on a 4G LTE cellular network. Ensure you have an activated 4G LTE SIM card (a trial SIM card may be included). For local video storage, insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included).

1. Locate the SIM card and Micro SD card slot on the camera. This is typically protected by a rubber cover.
2. Carefully open the cover.
3. Insert the 4G LTE SIM card into the SIM card slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner correctly oriented.
4. Insert the Micro SD card into the Micro SD card slot until it clicks into place.
5. Close the rubber cover firmly to ensure waterproofing.

3. App Download and Camera Connection

The camera is controlled via the UBox app. Follow these steps to connect your camera:

1. Download UBox App: Scan the QR code below or search for "UBox" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Register Account: Open the UBox app and follow the prompts to register a new account or log in if you already have one.

5. Follow On-Screen Instructions: Complete the pairing process as guided by the UBox app. Ensure the camera is powered on and within cellular signal range.

4. Installation Location and Mounting

Choose a suitable outdoor location for your camera, ensuring good cellular signal reception and direct sunlight exposure for the solar panel. The camera can be mounted on a wall, ceiling, or pole.

1. Select Location: Identify a spot with optimal solar exposure and a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.
2. Install Bracket: Using the provided screws and wall anchors, securely install the mounting bracket in the desired fixed position.

3. Attach Camera: Slide the camera onto the installed bracket until it locks securely. The camera is designed to be easily removed and reinstalled from the bracket if needed.

Operating Instructions

1. Live View and Playback

Once the camera is connected to the UBox app, you can access the live video feed and review recorded footage.

• Live View: Open the UBox app and select your camera from the device list. The live video feed will appear.
• Pan & Tilt: Use the directional controls within the app to remotely rotate the camera 355° horizontally and 90° vertically.
• Digital Zoom: Pinch to zoom on the live view to see details.
• Playback: Access the playback section in the app to view recorded events stored on the Micro SD card or cloud storage.
