Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 20 cm of space around the unit for proper airflow.
- Lock the two casters with brakes to secure the unit in place.
2. Filling the Water Tank
- Pull out the water tank from the bottom rear of the unit.
- Fill the tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated on the tank.
- For enhanced cooling, place the two included ice packs (after freezing) into the water tank.
- Carefully push the water tank back into the unit until it is securely in place.
3. Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a standard 110V AC electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The air cooler can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.
Control Panel & Remote Functions:
- ON/OFF Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- Speed Button: Cycles through 3 fan speeds: Low, Medium, High.
- Mode Button: Selects operating modes: Normal, Natural, or Sleep.
- Cool Button: Activates or deactivates the evaporative cooling/humidifying function.
- Swing Button: Activates or deactivates the 60-degree horizontal oscillation. Vertical louvers can be adjusted manually.
- Timer Button: Sets the auto-off timer for up to 7.5 hours in 0.5-hour increments.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air cooler.
1. Cleaning the Water Tank
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Pull out the water tank and empty any remaining water.
- Clean the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the tank to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
- Clean the water tank at least once a week, or more frequently if used continuously.
2. Cleaning the Air Filter
- Unplug the unit.
- Remove the rear filter panel (refer to diagram in manual if available).
- Gently wash the filter with water and a soft brush. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Allow the filter to dry completely before reattaching it.
- Clean the air filter every two weeks or as needed, depending on usage and air quality.
3. Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
4. Storage
- Before storing, ensure the water tank is empty and clean, and the filter is dry.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
