1. Introduction

The NOCO AIR10 is a 10-amp handheld air compressor and tire inflator designed for efficient and accurate tire inflation. Featuring a 138-watt motor, it delivers a maximum pressure of 60 PSI (4.1 bar, 413 kPa) and a maximum airflow of 36 SLPM (Standard Liter Per Minute) or 1.27 CFM (Cubic Feet Per Minute). This device is suitable for tires up to 31 inches in size.

Key features include ultra-fast inflation times, an integrated pressure sensor with innovative dwell technology for automatic pausing and resuming of inflation, and an auto-shutoff function to prevent over-inflation. 1. Connect Power: Plug the 12-volt adapter of the AIR10's power cord into your vehicle's 12-volt auxiliary port (cigarette lighter socket). Ensure the vehicle's engine is running for optimal performance and to prevent draining the vehicle's battery.
2. Attach Inflation Hose: Connect the nylon braided inflation hose to the AIR10 unit.
3. Select Adapter (if needed): For items other than standard car tires (e.g., bicycles, sports balls, inflatable toys), select the appropriate adapter from the included set and attach it to the inflation hose.
4. Secure to Tire Valve: Firmly attach the inflation hose chuck to the tire's valve stem. For standard car tires, screw the chuck onto the valve stem until secure.

1. Power On: Press the power button to turn on the AIR10. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Set Desired Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target pressure (between 15 and 60 PSI). The display will show the set pressure.
3. Change Pressure Units: To cycle between PSI, kPa, and bar measurements, press and hold both the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously.
4. Start Inflation: Press the Start/Pause button to begin inflation. The AIR10's integrated pressure sensor and dwell technology will automatically monitor and adjust inflation.
5. Auto-Shutoff: The device will automatically pause and resume inflation as it approaches the set pressure, then shut off once the desired pressure is reached, ensuring precision accuracy.
6. Manual Mode (Below 15 PSI): For applications requiring less than 15 PSI (e.g., sports balls), select manual mode. The compressor will run continuously until manually stopped.
7. LED Flashlight: Press the light button to cycle through six light modes, including 100%, 50%, 10% brightness, SOS, blink, and off. This is useful for nighttime operation.
8. Stop Inflation: To manually stop inflation at any time, press the Start/Pause button.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Keep the AIR10 unit clean and free from dirt and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the exterior.
• Storage: Store the AIR10 in its microfiber storage bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the hose and power cord are neatly wrapped and secured.
• Connection Check: Regularly inspect the inflation hose and power cord for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.

8. Troubleshooting

• ERROR - HOT: If the display shows "Err Hot", the internal temperature of the compressor is too high. Stop operation and allow the unit to cool down completely before resuming use.
• ERROR - COLD: If the display shows "Err Cld", the internal temperature of the compressor is too low. The compressor will shut off. Allow the unit to warm up within operating limits before attempting to use it again.
• No Power: Ensure the 12V adapter is securely plugged into the vehicle's auxiliary port and the vehicle's engine is running. Check the inline fuse on the power cord for any damage.
• Inaccurate Pressure Reading: Ensure the inflation hose is securely attached to the tire valve stem without any leaks.
