It features a 3L steam generator, adjustable temperature and timer settings, and comes with a foldable chair and foot massager for enhanced comfort.
Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and operation to ensure safe and efficient use of your steam sauna tent.
2. Safety Information
- Always place the steam generator on a stable, flat surface.
- Ensure the steam box inside the tent is placed flat with its cover on top, and there are no objects within 4 inches of all sides to prevent blockage.
- The steam generator is equipped with overheat, leakage, and run-dry protection for your safety.
- Do not touch the steam outlet or hot surfaces of the steam generator during operation to avoid burns.
- Use only clean water in the steam generator. Distilled water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup. If using tap water, regular cleaning with vinegar is advised to remove scale.
- Important Note on Materials: The sauna tent features interior waterproof PVC fabric. While durable, prolonged exposure of PVC to high temperatures (above 176°F / 80°C) in low-ventilation environments may lead to the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Ensure adequate ventilation during use and avoid excessively high temperatures. If you experience any discomfort or unusual odors, discontinue use and ventilate the area.
- Consult a physician before using the sauna if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
- Do not use the sauna for more than 30 minutes at a time. Take breaks and stay hydrated.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

4. Setup Instructions
- Unfold the Sauna Tent: The tent features a pop-up design. Carefully remove it from its carrying bag and allow it to expand. The metal wire spring construction will help it take shape quickly.
- Secure the Tent: Once unfolded, ensure the tent is stable and standing upright. Zip up the main entrance and any internal zippers to form the enclosure.
- Connect the Steam Box: Locate the steam box and connect one end of a steam tube to it. Insert the other end of the steam tube into the designated opening inside the sauna tent. Ensure a secure fit.
- Connect the Steam Generator: Connect the remaining steam tube to the steam generator's outlet. Connect the other end of this tube to the steam box inside the tent.
- Position Accessories: Place the foldable chair and wooden foot massager inside the tent. Position the absorbent mat on the floor of the tent.

5. Operating Instructions
- Fill the Steam Generator: Open the lid of the 3L steam generator and fill it with clean water up to the maximum fill line. You may add essential oils, bath salts, or medicine bags to the designated compartment for a customized spa experience.
- Power On: Plug the steam generator into a power outlet. Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote control to turn it on.
- Set Temperature: Use the 'TEMP' buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the steam temperature. The generator offers 9 levels, ranging from 95°F (35°C) to 145.5°F (63°C).
- Set Timer: Use the 'TIMER' buttons to set your desired session duration, from 15 to 90 minutes.
- Activate Fogging Function: If desired, press the 'FOGGING' button for a finer steam spray.
- Preheat: Allow the steam generator to preheat for approximately 10-15 minutes until steam begins to fill the tent.
- Enjoy Your Sauna: Enter the tent, sit on the chair, and close the zippers. Relax and enjoy your steam session. The transparent PVC window allows for visibility.
- After Use: Once your session is complete, turn off the steam generator and unplug it. Allow the tent and generator to cool down completely before cleaning and storage.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Tent: The interior waterproof PVC fabric can be wiped clean with a damp cloth after each use. Ensure the tent is dry before folding and storing.
- Cleaning the Steam Generator: Regularly empty any remaining water from the steam generator. To remove mineral scale buildup, especially if using tap water, fill the generator with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) and let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Storage: After cooling and cleaning, fold the sauna tent into its compact size and place it in the carrying bag. Store all components in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
