  • Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
  • Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
  • Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or similar materials.
  • Do not insert oversized foods or metal utensils into the oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
  • Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.

Setup

Unpacking and Initial Inspection

  1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not operate if damaged.
  3. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or stickers.

Placement

  • Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm of clear space on all sides (top, back, and sides) for proper ventilation.
  • Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains or paper.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or in contact with hot surfaces.

First Use (Burn-Off)

Before cooking food, it is recommended to perform an initial burn-off to eliminate any manufacturing odors.

  1. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Set the temperature control to maximum (250°C).
  3. Set the function selector to the 'Bake' mode (top and bottom heating elements).
  4. Set the timer to 15-20 minutes.
  5. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  6. Once the timer completes, turn off the oven and allow it to cool completely.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

The oven features three easy-to-use knob controls:

  • Temperature Control Knob: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
  • Function Selector Knob: Selects the desired heating mode (e.g., top heat, bottom heat, top and bottom heat, rotisserie).
  • Timer Knob: Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer expires.

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place your food on the appropriate accessory (baking tray, wire grill) and insert it into the oven.
  2. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired cooking temperature.
  3. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to choose the heating mode suitable for your recipe (e.g., Bake, Grill, Toast). The oven has six heating modes.
  4. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking duration (up to 60 minutes). The oven will start heating.
  5. Monitor Cooking: Use the built-in chamber light to monitor your food without opening the door. The exterior indicator light will show when the oven is ready to use.
  6. Completion: The oven will chime and turn off automatically when the timer reaches zero. Carefully remove food using oven mitts and the provided tongs.

Using the Rotisserie Function

The rotisserie function is ideal for evenly roasting meats like chicken or paneer.

  1. Assemble Rotisserie: Securely attach the food (e.g., whole chicken) onto the rotisserie rod using the forks. Ensure the food is centered and balanced.
  2. Insert Rotisserie: Place the assembled rotisserie rod into the designated slots inside the oven.
  3. Set Controls: Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired roasting temperature. Turn the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie setting.
  4. Set Timer: Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking time.
  5. Remove: Once cooking is complete, use the rotisserie tong to carefully remove the hot rotisserie rod and food from the oven.

Chamber Light and Indicator

The oven is equipped with a built-in chamber light to illuminate the interior, allowing you to easily monitor your dishes as they cook without opening the door. An external indicator light on the control panel signals when the oven is powered on and ready for use.
