Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the oven.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides). Do not place it near flammable materials or heat sources.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (bake tray, wire rack, air frying basket, rotisserie fork, rotisserie handle) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. All accessories are dishwasher safe.
- First Use Burn-Off: It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at 200°C to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is fully extended and plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.

Timer Knob: Sets the cooking time from 1 to 60 minutes. Includes a "Stay on" setting for continuous operation.
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place food on the appropriate accessory (bake tray, wire rack, or air frying basket).
- Insert Accessory: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven.
- Close Door: Ensure the oven door is fully closed.
- Select Function: Turn the Function Knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., Air Fry for crispy results).
- Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Knob to the required cooking temperature.
- Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate. For continuous cooking, turn the timer past 60 minutes to the "Stay on" position.
- Cooking Process: The oven will begin heating. For best results, some recipes may require shaking or turning food halfway through the cooking process.
- Completion: When the timer reaches zero, a bell will sound, and the oven will automatically shut off (unless "Stay on" was selected).
- Remove Food: Carefully open the oven door. Use the tray handle or oven mitts to remove the hot accessory and food.
Using the Rotisserie Function

- Assemble Rotisserie: Slide the rotisserie fork onto the rotisserie spit, securing the food in place with the prongs.
- Insert into Oven: Place the pointed end of the rotisserie spit into the drive socket on the right side of the oven. Rest the notched end on the left support.
- Select Function: Turn the Function Knob to the rotisserie setting.
- Set Temperature and Time: Adjust the Temperature and Timer Knobs as required for your recipe.
- Remove: Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot rotisserie assembly from the oven.
Cleaning and Maintenance
