Setup

1. Battery Installation (Main Unit)

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the main unit.
  2. Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Battery Installation (Remote Sensor)

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote sensor.
  2. Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

The main unit will automatically search for and connect to the remote sensors once batteries are installed. If connection is not established, or if you are adding new sensors:

Operating Instructions

1. Display Overview

The large LCD screen displays indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity readings. The top section shows outdoor data (from the currently selected sensor channel), and the bottom section shows indoor data.

2. Temperature Unit Selection (°F/°C)

Press the '°F/°C' button on the back of the main unit to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature units.

3. Max/Min Records

Press the 'MAX/MIN' button on the back of the main unit to view the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity records. Each press will cycle through 24-hour, 48-hour, and all-time records. To clear the records, press and hold the 'MAX/MIN' button for 3 seconds.

4. Comfort Indicator

The comfort indicator on the display provides a quick visual reference for the current humidity level, categorized as DRY, GOOD, or HUMID, helping you assess the indoor environment.

5. Backlight Function

Touch the light bulb icon on the top of the main unit to activate the backlight for 10 seconds, allowing for easy reading in low-light conditions.

6. Multi-Sensor Monitoring

If you have multiple remote sensors, press the 'CH' button on the back of the main unit to cycle through the readings from each connected sensor (Channel 1, Channel 2, Channel 3).

No outdoor reading / dashes on displayEnsure remote sensor batteries are fresh and correctly inserted. Press 'CH/SYNC' button on main unit to re-sync. Move sensor closer to main unit. Avoid obstacles like thick walls or metal objects.
Inaccurate readingsEnsure both units are placed away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. Allow 30 minutes for readings to stabilize after setup or relocation.
Display is dim or blankReplace batteries in the main unit. If using USB power, ensure the cable is securely connected and the power source is active.
