The CHZHVAN World Tag is a compact Bluetooth item tracker designed to help you locate your personal belongings. It integrates seamlessly with the Apple Find My network, allowing you to track items using your iOS, iPadOS, or macOS devices. This manual provides essential information on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your World Tag.

Setup
The CHZHVAN World Tag works exclusively with Apple Find My. Ensure your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) is running the latest operating system version.
Pairing Your World Tag
- Enable Find My and Bluetooth: On your Apple device, open the Control Center and ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled. Open the Find My app.
- Add New Item: In the Find My app, navigate to the 'Items' tab. Tap the '+' icon and select 'Add Other Supported Item'.
- Connect the World Tag: Press and hold the button on your World Tag five times. On the fifth press, keep the button held until you hear a confirmation sound. Your device should detect the World Tag. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

Note: The CHZHVAN World Tag is compatible only with iOS devices. Android devices are not supported for Find My functionality.
Operating Instructions
Left Behind Reminder
Receive instant notifications if you leave your World Tag behind. If your World Tag disconnects from your Apple device's Bluetooth range, you will be alerted, helping you retrieve forgotten items quickly.

Find Nearby
When your World Tag is within Bluetooth range, use the Find My app to make it play a sound. Tap the 'Play Sound' button in the app, and the World Tag will emit a series of 'di di di di' sounds, guiding you to its location. You can also ask Siri to find your item.

Find Far Away
If your World Tag is outside Bluetooth range, the Find My app will display its last known location on a map. This feature leverages the global Apple Find My network to help you track your item's whereabouts.

Lost Mode
If your item is lost, activate Lost Mode in the Find My app. You can leave your email or phone number. If someone finds your World Tag, they can use the Find My app to view your contact information and help return your item. Once linked to your Apple ID, no one else can pair your World Tag.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The World Tag uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery, which typically lasts up to one year. To replace the battery:
- Gently open the World Tag casing.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close the casing securely.

Water Resistance
The World Tag features IP67 water resistance, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. This makes it suitable for outdoor use and protects against accidental exposure to liquids. However, it is not recommended for prolonged submersion.

Troubleshooting
- World Tag not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Apple device and the World Tag battery is not depleted. Try resetting the World Tag by removing and reinserting the battery, then attempt pairing again.
- No sound when trying to locate: Check the volume settings on your Apple device. Ensure the World Tag is within Bluetooth range. Replace the battery if the sound is weak or absent.
- Location not updating: Ensure your Apple device has an active internet connection. The Find My network relies on other Apple devices to relay location data, so updates may vary depending on network density.
- Battery life shorter than expected: Extreme temperatures or frequent use of the 'Play Sound' feature can reduce battery life. Ensure you are using a fresh, high-quality CR2032 battery.
