The dash cam supports 24-hour parking mode. With the G-Sensor, it automatically detects impacts and locks the current video as an emergency file. Motion detection also triggers recording when an object moves in front of the camera, ensuring continuous surveillance even when parked.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your AZDOME GS63Pro Dash Cam, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car charger, and that the car charger is properly inserted into the vehicle's power outlet. Check your vehicle's fuse box if necessary.
- Recording issues: Verify that the built-in eMMC storage is not full. If it is, older unlocked videos will be overwritten by loop recording. Ensure the camera is not in a paused state.
- Wi-Fi connection problems: Make sure your phone's Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the dash cam's Wi-Fi network. Restart both the dash cam and your phone, then try connecting again.
- GPS not working: Ensure the dash cam has a clear view of the sky to receive GPS signals. It may take a few minutes for the GPS to acquire a signal after powering on.
- Poor video quality: Clean the camera lens regularly. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lens. Check that the resolution settings are set to 4K for the front camera and 1080P for the rear camera.
