Initial Setup and Charging

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging and check against the package contents list.
2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the UTRAI JS-9. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the device's Type-C input port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LCD display will show the charging progress. A full charge is indicated when the battery icon is solid.
3. Storage: Store the device in its carrying case in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Operating Instructions

Jump Starting a Vehicle

Important Safety Notes:

• Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off.
• Do not touch the red and black clamps together.
• Do not jump start a vehicle if the battery voltage is below 10V.
• If the first attempt fails, wait at least 30 seconds before trying again.
• Remove the jump starter immediately after the vehicle starts.

1. Connect the smart jumper clamps to the UTRAI JS-9's jump start port.
2. Connect the red (+) clamp to the vehicle's positive battery terminal.
3. Connect the black (-) clamp to the vehicle's negative battery terminal or a solid, unpainted metal part of the engine block.
4. Ensure the clamps are securely attached. The smart clamp indicator light will show readiness.
5. Start the vehicle's engine.
6. Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the black clamp first, then the red clamp from the vehicle battery.
7. Disconnect the smart jumper clamps from the UTRAI JS-9.

Using the Air Compressor

The integrated air compressor can inflate tires and other inflatables up to 150 PSI.

1. Connect the air hose to the air output port on the UTRAI JS-9.
2. Attach the appropriate nozzle adapter to the air hose, if needed, for your inflatable item.
3. Connect the air hose to the tire valve or inflatable item.
4. Turn on the UTRAI JS-9. The display will show the current pressure.
5. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired pressure.
6. Press the inflation button to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.
7. Disconnect the air hose from the item and the UTRAI JS-9.

Using as a Power Bank

The UTRAI JS-9 can charge your electronic devices.

1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB-A output port on the UTRAI JS-9.
2. The device will begin charging automatically.
3. Monitor the battery level on the UTRAI JS-9's display.

Using the LED Light

The built-in LED light provides illumination for various situations.

1. Press the light button once to turn on the steady illumination mode.
2. Press again for strobe mode.
3. Press a third time for SOS signal mode.
4. Press a fourth time to turn off the light.

Maintenance and Storage

• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Charging: For optimal battery life, fully charge the device every 3-6 months, even if not in use.
