1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before using the SONRU Cigarette Lighter Splitter. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Total Power Limit: The total power output of the splitter is 180W (max 192W). Ensure that the combined wattage of all connected devices does not exceed this limit. The power of a single cigarette lighter socket should not exceed 120W.
• Voltage Compatibility: This device is designed for 12V/24V vehicle power outlets only. Do not use it with other voltage systems.
• Overload Protection: The splitter has built-in replaceable 15A fuses to protect against overcurrent, overload, overheating, overvoltage, and short circuits. If the device stops working, check and replace the fuse if necessary. Two spare fuses are included.
• Heat Management: Do not cover the device during operation to ensure proper ventilation and prevent overheating.
• Moisture Exposure: Keep the device away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your SONRU Cigarette Lighter Splitter:

1. Locate Vehicle's Cigarette Lighter Socket: Identify an available 12V/24V cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle.
2. Insert the Plug: Firmly insert the main plug of the SONRU splitter into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Ensure it is securely seated.
3. Position the Main Unit: Use the provided Velcro to secure the main splitter unit (with the three cigarette lighter sockets and USB ports) in a convenient and stable location within your vehicle. The 3.7-foot cable provides flexibility for placement.
4. Verify Power: Once connected, the LED voltage display on the main plug will illuminate, showing your vehicle's real-time voltage. This indicates the device is receiving power.

5. Operating Instructions

The SONRU Cigarette Lighter Splitter is designed for ease of use, allowing you to power and charge multiple devices simultaneously.

5.1 Independent Power Switches

The main splitter unit features three independent ON/OFF switches, one for each cigarette lighter socket. This allows you to control power to individual devices without needing to plug and unplug them, reducing wear and extending equipment life.

• Press the button above a cigarette lighter socket to turn it ON or OFF.
• When a socket is active, its internal LED light will illuminate (blue light).

5.2 USB Charging Ports

The splitter is equipped with four USB charging ports for various devices:

• USB-A1: Standard USB-A port (5V/2.4A output).
• USB-A2: Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) port (18W fast charging output).
• USB-C1: Power Delivery (PD) port (up to 36W/max 45W (20V) output).
• USB-C2: Power Delivery (PD) port (up to 36W output).

Note: USB-A2 and USB-C2 share a charging chip. When both ports are used simultaneously, the total power output is 5V/3A. When used alone, USB-A2 supports QC3.0 18W, and USB-C2 supports up to PD36W. The built-in smart chip automatically identifies and distributes current for efficient charging.

5.3 LED Voltage Display

The main plug features an intelligent LED display that monitors your vehicle's voltage in real-time. This helps you keep track of your car battery's health.

• Normal Voltage (12V vehicles): Typically between 12.2V - 14.8V.
• Normal Voltage (24V vehicles): Typically between 23.2V - 27.2V.
• Low Voltage Warning: If the car voltage drops below 12V, the digital display will flash to alert you to a potential battery issue.

5.4 Wide Compatibility

The SONRU splitter is compatible with a broad range of devices and vehicles:

• Vehicles: 12V/24V vehicles including SUVs, trucks, MPVs, RVs, off-road vehicles, etc.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SONRU Cigarette Lighter Splitter.

• Cleaning: Disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Fuse Replacement: The device contains a replaceable 15A fuse. If the splitter stops functioning, it may indicate a blown fuse.
  1. Unplug the splitter from the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
  2. Carefully unscrew the tip of the main plug.
  3. Remove the old fuse and replace it with one of the provided spare 15A fuses.
  4. Screw the tip back on securely.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
