  2. Placement: Place the toaster on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials like curtains. Ensure adequate ventilation around the toaster.
  3. First Use: Before toasting bread for the first time, operate the toaster without bread on the highest browning setting (7) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Allow the toaster to cool completely.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Toasting Bread:

  1. Ensure the crumb tray is properly inserted.
  2. Place one or two slices of bread into the toasting slots.
  3. Select your desired browning level using the browning control dial (1 for light, 7 for dark). Start with a medium setting (e.g., 3 or 4) and adjust as needed for future use.
  4. Press the high-lift lever down until it locks into place. The toasting cycle will begin, and the indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Once the selected browning level is reached, the toast will automatically pop up, and the indicator light will turn off.
  6. If the toast is not browned enough, you can lower the lever again for a short period. If it is too dark, select a lower setting next time.
  7. To remove smaller items, use the high-lift feature by pushing the lever upwards beyond its resting position.

  6. When finished, lift the lever to stop the cycle and carefully remove the warmed items.

Press the REHEAT button after lowering the toast lever. The indicator light for REHEAT will illuminate. This function warms up already toasted bread without further browning it.
  • Cancel Function:
Press the CANCEL button at any time to stop the toasting cycle and pop up the toast. The indicator light for CANCEL will illuminate briefly.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your toaster.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the toaster from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Crumb Tray: Pull out the removable crumb tray from the rear of the toaster. Discard crumbs and wipe the tray clean with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly before reinserting.
  3. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the toaster with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.
  4. Interior: Do not insert any objects into the toasting slots to clean. If bread becomes stuck, unplug the toaster and carefully remove the bread after it has cooled.
  5. Storage: When not in use, store the toaster in a clean, dry place.
