If you encounter issues with your Gillaway Q21, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | Battery is depleted. | Charge the unit fully. |
| Vehicle does not jump start. | Incorrect clamp connection; battery too deeply discharged; vehicle issue. | Ensure clamps are connected correctly (red to +, black to -). Check battery voltage. Consult a mechanic if the vehicle still doesn't start. |
| Air compressor does not inflate. | Air tube not securely connected; desired pressure not set; unit overheated. | Ensure all connections are tight. Set a target pressure. Allow unit to cool if used continuously. |
| Device not charging from USB ports. | USB cable faulty; device incompatible; unit battery low. | Try a different USB cable. Ensure the unit is sufficiently charged. |
| Unit gets hot during use. | Normal operation for high power output; prolonged use of air compressor. | This is normal. If excessively hot, discontinue use and allow to cool. Avoid continuous air compressor use for more than 10 minutes. |
