1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your PAWGETHER® Cat Water Fountain. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper function and longevity of the product.

2. What's Included

Please verify that all components are present in the package:

• 1 x Cat Water Fountain Unit
• 1 x Replacement Filter
• 1 x USB Cable & Power Adapter
• 1 x User Manual (this document)
• 1 x Water Pump (wireless design)

3. Setup Instructions

1. Prepare the Filter: Before first use, please soak and wash the new filter in clean water for 5 minutes. This helps activate the filter media and remove any loose carbon particles.

2. Assemble the Fountain: Ensure the wireless pump is correctly seated in the base. Place the filter tray onto the main unit, then insert the prepared filter into its designated slot in the filter tray.
3. Fill with Water: Add water to the fountain until it exceeds the minimum water level line (MIN) but does not exceed the maximum water level line (MAX 2L). The water reservoir is NOT dishwasher safe.

4. Power Connection: Connect the USB cable to the fountain and plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet. The fountain can also utilize 4 AA batteries (not included) as a backup power source for Battery Mode.

4. Operating Modes

The PAWGETHER® Cat Water Fountain offers three distinct working modes:

• Normal Mode: The water dispenser operates continuously, providing a constant flow of fresh water.
• Radar Sensor Mode: The advanced radar sensor detects your pet within 58.95 inches (150 cm). When a pet is sensed, the water dispenses for 120 seconds and then stops for 20 seconds. This mode conserves power while encouraging hydration.
• Battery Mode: The water dispenser operates for 15 seconds every 20 minutes. This mode is ideal for power saving and can extend battery life up to 30 days (requires 4 AA batteries, not included).

To switch between modes, short click the middle button on the fountain's base.

5. Indicator Lights

The fountain features indicator lights to provide important status information:

• Filter Light (Red):
  • If the red light is on: The filter has expired and needs to be replaced.
  • If the red light flashes: The water level is low, or the pump has been lifted up. Please refill water or reinstall the pump.
• Battery Light (Green):
  • If the green light is on: The fountain is operating in battery supply mode.
  • If the green light flashes: The battery power is low and needs to be replaced.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene for your pet's water fountain.

6.1. Filter Replacement

1. When the red filter light turns on, it indicates that the filter's lifespan has expired.
2. Remove the top cover and the filter tray.
3. Remove the used filter from the filter tray.
4. Replace with a new, pre-soaked filter onto the filter tray.
5. Reassemble the fountain.
6. To reset the filter usage time and turn off the filter light, double-click the middle button on the fountain's base.

6.2. Cleaning

• It is recommended to replace the filter every 3-4 weeks.
• The water reservoir is NOT dishwasher safe. Clean it manually with warm water and mild soap.
• The base of the water fountain, which houses electronic components, must not be immersed or rinsed with water. Clean it with a damp cloth.
• The wireless pump design ensures water and electricity separation, making cleaning safer and easier compared to traditional pumps.
