5. Setup Guide
5.1 Powering On
- Connect the power adapter to the mixer's DC IN port.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable power outlet.
- Flip the POWER switch to the 'ON' position. The LED indicators will illuminate.
5.2 Connecting Microphones

- Connect your XLR microphone to one of the XLR/Line inputs (Channels 1-6).
- If using a condenser microphone, press the +48V PHANTOM button for the corresponding channel. The red LED will indicate phantom power is active.
- Adjust the GAIN knob for the channel to achieve an optimal input level without clipping (PEAK LED should not light up constantly).
5.3 Connecting Other Audio Sources

- Line Inputs: Connect instruments or other line-level devices using 1/4-inch cables to the LINE inputs.
- Bluetooth: Press the MODE button on the MP3 player section until 'BLUE' appears. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (phone, tablet, laptop) and select 'BT-Speaker' or similar from the available devices to pair.
- USB Flash Drive: Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3/WAV/WMA files into the USB port. The mixer will automatically detect and begin playback.
5.4 Connecting to Speakers and Headphones
- Main Speakers: Connect your main speakers to the XLR MAIN OUT (Left/Right) or 1/4-inch MAIN OUT (Left/Right) using appropriate cables.
- Headphones: Plug your headphones into the PHONES 1/4-inch jack. Adjust the PHONES volume knob for comfortable monitoring.
5.5 Connecting to a Computer for Recording/Playback

The mixer can function as a 2-channel audio interface when connected to a computer via USB.
- Connect the mixer to your computer using a USB cable.
- Your computer should automatically detect the mixer as an audio device. Select it as the input/output device in your audio software (DAW).
- You can now record the stereo main mix from the mixer to your computer or play audio from your computer through the mixer.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Adjusting Channel Levels and EQ

- Set all channel faders and the Main L/R faders to their lowest position before starting.
- Gradually increase the GAIN knob for each active channel until the PEAK LED flashes occasionally, then back off slightly.
- Use the HI, MID, and LOW knobs to shape the tone of each channel.
- Adjust the PAN knob to position the sound in the stereo field.
- Slowly raise the channel fader to bring the signal into the main mix.
6.2 Using Built-in DSP Effects
The mixer offers 16 DSP effects for creative sound manipulation.
- Turn the PROGRAM knob to select one of the 16 effects (e.g., 01 Room Reverb, 09 Delay 200ms). The selected effect number will appear on the digital display.
- Adjust the PARAMETER knob to fine-tune the selected effect.
- Use the FX knob on each channel to send a portion of that channel's signal to the effects processor.
- Adjust the main EFFECTS fader to control the overall wet/dry mix of the effects in the main output.
6.3 Bluetooth and USB Playback/Recording


- Playback: Use the play/pause, next/previous track buttons, and MP3 LEVEL knob to control audio from Bluetooth or USB.
- Recording to USB: Insert a USB flash drive. Press the REC button on the MP3 player section to start recording the main mix. Press again to stop.
6.4 Monitoring
Use the PFL/AFL buttons on individual channels and the master section to monitor specific signals through your headphones without affecting the main mix.

- No Phantom Power: Ensure the +48V button is pressed for the correct channel and the LED is illuminated.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure the mixer is in 'BLUE' mode. Unpair and re-pair the device. Check for interference from other wireless devices.
- USB Playback/Recording Failure: Ensure the USB drive is formatted correctly (FAT32) and contains compatible audio files. Try a different USB drive.
