Setup Guide

  1. Charge the Drone Battery: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the 3.7V 1200 mAh LiPo battery and a USB power source. The charging indicator will show when charging is complete.
  2. Install Controller Batteries: The 2.4 GHz transmitter requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the controller and insert the batteries, observing polarity.
  3. Attach Phone Mount: Securely attach the phone mount to the top of the transmitter. This allows you to clip your smartphone for live video streaming.
  4. Install Propellers (if necessary): If not pre-installed, attach the propellers to the drone's motors. Ensure they are securely fastened. Refer to the markings on the propellers and drone for correct orientation.
  5. Optional Blade Guards: For added protection, especially during initial flights, attach the protective blade guards to the drone's arms.
  6. Download the App: For live streaming and advanced features, download the FREE Sky Viper Video Viewer 2.0 app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Operating Instructions

Basic Flight Controls:

  • Power On/Off: Turn on the drone and then the controller. They will automatically pair.
  • Auto Launch and Land: Press the "LAUNCH/LAND" button on the controller to automatically take off to a stable hover or to land with controlled precision.
  • Hands-Free Position Hold: The drone utilizes Surface Scan™ Optical Flow Ground Tracking and a built-in barometer to maintain its position and resist drift, even compensating for wind. Simply release the controls, and the drone will hold its position.

  • One-Touch Stunts: Perform impressive aerial maneuvers with a single tap. The drone can execute barrel rolls in four directions and flips from a stationary hover.
