This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your SOYO M2 Pro Mini PC N95. This mini PC is equipped with an Intel Gen 12 Alder-N Lake N95 Processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB SATA M.2 2280 SSD. It supports dual 4K@60Hz displays via HDMI and DisplayPort and operates on Windows 11.

4. Setup Instructions
- Connect to Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC-in port on the mini PC and then plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect to Display: Connect your monitor(s) to the mini PC using an HDMI or DisplayPort cable. The device supports dual displays.
- Connect Peripherals: Connect your keyboard, mouse, and any other USB devices to the available USB ports.
- Network Connection (Optional): For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router or modem to the 2.5G Ethernet port on the mini PC. For Wi-Fi, you will configure it during the initial Windows setup.
- Power On: Press the power button on the front of the mini PC. The system will boot up.
- Initial Windows Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 11 setup, including language, region, network, and user account creation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press the power button once.
- To Shut Down: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Shut down. Alternatively, press and hold the power button for 4 seconds to force a shutdown (use only if the system is unresponsive).
- To Restart: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Restart.
5.2 Connecting Displays
The SOYO M2 Pro Mini PC supports connecting up to two external displays simultaneously for an extended desktop experience. Use the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.

5.3 Network Connection
- Wired: Plug an Ethernet cable into the 2.5G Ethernet port. The connection should be established automatically.
- Wireless (Wi-Fi): In Windows, click the network icon in the taskbar, select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and connect.
5.4 VESA Mounting
The mini PC can be mounted behind a monitor or on a wall using the included VESA mount bracket to save desk space.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the mini PC. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols. Ensure ventilation openings are clear of dust.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install Windows updates and driver updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Ventilation: Ensure the mini PC is placed in a well-ventilated area. Avoid blocking the air vents to prevent overheating.
- Data Backup: Regularly back up important data to an external drive or cloud storage to prevent data loss.
7. Troubleshooting
