Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with your remote control, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Remote not responding:
    • Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
    • Replace the batteries with fresh ones.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote control and the TV's infrared sensor.
    • Make sure you are within the effective operating range of the TV's IR sensor.
  • Specific buttons not working:
    • This remote is a direct replacement. If specific buttons do not function, it may indicate that the original TV remote did not have that specific function, or the TV model does not support it.
    • Clean the remote control, especially around the unresponsive buttons, to remove any dirt or debris.
  • Intermittent operation:
    • Weak batteries can cause intermittent operation. Replace them.
