3. Setup Guide
Setting up your Xiiaozet LK300W Wireless Print Server involves two main steps: network configuration and adding your printer. For Windows users, a quick installation tool simplifies the process.
3.1. Network Configuration
Follow these steps to connect your print server to your WiFi network:
Official video tutorial: "How to configure the network for print server?" This video demonstrates the step-by-step process of connecting the print server to your wireless network using a computer.
- Connect to the Print Server's Setup Network: From your computer's available Wi-Fi networks list, connect to the network named "USBServer_Setup". This is a temporary network created by the print server for initial configuration.
- Access the Configuration Page: Your system should automatically redirect you to the Wi-Fi connection page in your web browser. If not, open a browser and navigate to a common test URL (e.g.,
http://www.msftconnecttest.com/wifi/) which often triggers the captive portal. - Select Your Wi-Fi Network and Enter Key: On the configuration page, select your desired Wi-Fi network name from the list and enter its Wi-Fi password (key).
- Apply Settings: After confirming the Wi-Fi password is correct, click 'Next' or 'Apply'. The page will process the settings and disappear once the configuration is complete.
- Reconnect Your Computer: Finally, reconnect your computer to the same Wi-Fi network that you configured the print server to join.
- Verify Connection: Observe the 'Cloud' indicator light on the print server. It should stay on to indicate a successful network configuration.
Note:
- If your Wi-Fi key is incorrect, the configuration will fail. After approximately one minute, the 'USBServer_Setup' network will reappear in your computer's available networks list. Please repeat the above steps carefully.

3.2. Adding Your Printer to Computer
After successful network configuration, you need to add the shared printer to your computer. For Windows users, a dedicated quick installation tool is available to simplify this process, eliminating the need to remember IP addresses. Refer to the software provided with your print server or the manufacturer's website for the latest installation tool and detailed instructions for your operating system.

4. Operating Instructions
Once configured, the Xiiaozet LK300W allows any computer within the same network to connect to and utilize the shared printers. This enables seamless printing from various devices in different locations within your network.

5. Compatibility
The Xiiaozet Print Server is designed for wide compatibility, supporting RAW and IPP protocols. It covers approximately 95% of USB printers and 99% of network printers, including various types:
- Inkjet Printers
- Laser Printers
- Thermal Label Printers
- Dot Matrix Printers
It is compatible with major brands such as HP, Brother, and Canon (with the exception of Canon LBP series printers).

Important Compatibility Notes:
- Mobile printing and AirPrint functionalities are NOT supported by this device.
- Ensure your printer is on the compatibility list for seamless integration. If your printer uses the same drivers as those compatible with this product, it should work.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during setup or operation, consider the following common solutions:
- Network Configuration Issues: If the 'Cloud' indicator light does not stay on after configuration, or if the 'USBServer_Setup' network reappears, it likely indicates an incorrect Wi-Fi password was entered. Please re-attempt the network configuration steps carefully, ensuring the correct Wi-Fi key is provided.
- Printer Not Detected: Ensure the USB cable from the printer is securely connected to one of the print server's USB ports. Verify that the printer is powered on and functioning correctly when connected directly to a computer.
- Driver Installation: Confirm that the correct printer drivers are installed on the computer attempting to print. The print server facilitates network access but does not replace the need for proper printer drivers.
- Network Connectivity: Ensure both the print server and the computer are connected to the same local network (either wired or wirelessly). Check your router's status and network cables.
- Firewall/Antivirus: Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your computer to see if it interferes with the print server's communication. If this resolves the issue, configure your security software to allow the print server's traffic.
