This image provides a close-up view of the chainsaw's features, specifically highlighting the tool-free adjustment knob for chain tensioning and the integrated oiling system designed to lubricate the bar and chain for smooth operation.
4.3 Oiling System
Locate the oil reservoir cap on the chainsaw unit. Fill the reservoir with appropriate bar and chain oil (not included). The clear oil window allows you to monitor oil levels at a glance. Ensure the reservoir is adequately filled before each use to prevent damage to the chain and bar.
4.4 Assembly (Pole Saw Configuration)
- Attach the mini chainsaw unit to the extension pole by aligning the connectors and securing them firmly.
- Ensure the connection is secure before operation.
- Attach the pole shoulder belt for comfortable and balanced operation, especially when reaching high branches.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
To start the chainsaw, press the safety lock button and then squeeze the trigger. Release the trigger to stop the saw. Always ensure a firm grip on the tool.
5.2 Using as a Pole Saw
The extension pole allows you to reach branches up to 16 feet high (based on a 6-foot tall person holding the pole at shoulder level, 60 degrees from the ground). Extend the pole to the desired length and secure it. Use the shoulder belt for stability and balance. Make sure to stand on stable ground and maintain a safe distance from the cutting area.

5.3 Using as a Mini Chainsaw
Detach the chainsaw unit from the extension pole for handheld operation. This lightweight configuration is ideal for pruning lower branches, cutting small logs, or working in tight spaces. The ergonomic auxiliary handle provides superior grip and control for one-handed operation.

5.4 Cutting Techniques
- Always make sure the chain is at full speed before beginning a cut.
- For branches, make an undercut first to prevent bark stripping, then complete the cut from the top.
- Do not force the saw; let the brushless motor and sharp chain do the work.
- Be mindful of falling branches and clear your escape path.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Chain Lubrication
Regular lubrication is crucial for the longevity and performance of your chainsaw. Always ensure the oil reservoir is filled with bar and chain oil before and during operation. The automatic oiling system will keep the chain and bar lubricated.
6.2 Chain Sharpening and Replacement
A sharp chain is essential for efficient and safe cutting. Sharpen the chain regularly or replace it when it becomes dull or damaged. Your kit includes a spare chain for convenience. Refer to the chain manufacturer's guidelines for proper sharpening techniques.
6.3 Cleaning
After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the chainsaw. Remove sawdust, debris, and sap from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing. Use a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
6.4 Battery Care and Storage
Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge batteries to approximately 50% capacity. Avoid fully discharging batteries before recharging to prolong their lifespan.
